Usually you can change the paper type to "heavy paper" in printer settings - that often does the trick!

There are 2 possible solutions to this - first, go to layout then view gridlines OR exit out of the template and re-download

Simply follow these steps before printing: 

Go to File > Options > Display

Make sure "Print Drawings Created in Word" box is unchecked.

If your downloaded template will not allow you to make any changes to it, try saving the document to your computer. Once it is saved, close out and reopen the file. You should be able to make edits now!

We offer templates in Microsoft Word, PDF, Open Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.  If you need a template for a different format, just send us a chat or give us a call.  We may have one handy, but we can't guarantee the more obscure file types.
