Why are my labels not lining up?

Usually you can change the paper type to "heavy paper" in printer settings - that often does the trick!

Why is the template pulling up blank?

There are 2 possible solutions to this - first, go to layout then view gridlines OR exit out of the template and re-download

Do you offer any other file formats than what's listed here?

We offer templates in Microsoft Word, PDF, Open Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. If you need a template for a different format, just send us a chat or give us a call. We may have one handy, but we can't guarantee the more obscure file types.

I am trying to Mail Merge. How do I figure out the exact dimensions for my labels?
