Same dot. Three ways to package it.

Every format uses the identical 1/2" fluorescent green calibration label. The sheet pack is the format used during Automated Wound Measurement testing and is what most facilities order. Rolls and dispenser boxes are the same label, packaged for teams that prefer to peel one dot at a time.

ALTERNATIVE FORMAT

Rolls

1,000 dots per roll · 3" core · shrink wrapped

Teams that already keep a roll on the cart do fine with this format. Fits standard label dispensers and keeps a large supply in one place.

  • Peel one dot at a time
  • Works with tabletop and cart-mounted dispensers
  • Same label, same adhesive as the sheet
  • Priced per 1,000; packaging adds a small premium
Quoted per roll of 1,000
Available by phone, email, or purchase order.
ALTERNATIVE FORMAT

Dispenser Box

1,000 dots per box · continuous roll · feeds from the box

A roll packed inside a small dispenser carton. Sits on a counter or clips to a hook, and the next dot is always ready without unwrapping anything.

  • No separate dispenser needed
  • Good for nurse stations and treatment rooms
  • Same label, same adhesive as the sheet
  • Priced per 1,000; box adds a small premium
Quoted per box of 1,000
Available by phone, email, or purchase order.

How to order Online, purchase card, or PO Phone, email, or PO Phone, email, or PO

Why the price differs: the label itself is identical in every format. Rolls and dispenser boxes take extra converting steps (winding onto a core, boxing) and more packaging material, so they cost a little more per 1,000 dots than sheets. Most facilities start with sheets and add rolls or boxes for specific stations.

Questions

Frequently asked

Which format should we start with?

Sheets. They are the format used in Automated Wound Measurement testing, the easiest to distribute, and the lowest cost per dot. Add rolls or dispenser boxes later for stations where peeling from a roll is more convenient.

Are the rolls and dispenser boxes the same label as the sheets?

Yes. Same material, same color, same adhesive, same 1/2" size. Only the packaging changes.

Why do rolls and boxes cost more than sheets?

Rolls and boxes take extra converting steps and more packaging material. The dot itself is the same. Sheets are the most economical way to buy.

Can we order rolls or dispenser boxes online?

Rolls and dispenser boxes are currently ordered by phone, email, or purchase order so we can confirm quantities and ship-to sites. Sheets can be ordered online any time.

Do you accept hospital purchase orders and net terms?

Yes. $200 minimum for POs. Send your PO to [email protected] and we will confirm terms the same business day. We also accept ACH.

Is the adhesive safe on skin?

The label is designed to hold during imaging and then remove cleanly from skin. It is hypoallergenic and latex-free. As with any adhesive, test on a small area if a patient has sensitive skin.
