Ask them how they would like to be contacted and list that information on your credit application.
How long will this take?
If we need to contact credit references, it really depends on how quickly they respond. We will always try to get you approved within the same or next business day from when your reference responds.
(Listing good email addresses is usually the best way - to avoid phone tag)
Authorization For Credit Investigation:
I/We, the undersigned, hereby authorize Roll Products Inc. DBA ChromaLabel.com to investigate our credit and financial responsibility through any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to:
BANK REFERENCES Authorization is granted to contact the financial institution(s) listed on our credit application to verify account information, balances, payment history, and overall banking relationship.
TRADE REFERENCES Authorization is granted to contact any and all trade references, suppliers, or creditors (whether listed on our application or discovered through investigation) to verify payment history, credit terms, account status, and business practices.
CREDIT BUREAUS Authorization is granted to obtain credit reports from any business credit reporting agency, including but not limited to Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business, and TransUnion Business.
ONGOING AUTHORIZATION This authorization shall remain in effect for the duration of our business relationship with [Your Company Name] and for any subsequent credit reviews, account monitoring, or collection activities that may become necessary.
RELEASE OF INFORMATION I/We hereby release and hold harmless all parties contacted in connection with this credit investigation from any liability, claim, or damages arising from the disclosure of requested information.
THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY This signed authorization may be presented directly to banks, trade references, and credit bureaus as proof of consent without requiring additional documentation or re-verification.
