As a family-owned, employee-run business, we believe in treating our customers with kindness, respect, and doing the absolute best we can for them. And even more importantly, we believe that starts with treating our employees with the same kindness, respect, and doing the best we can for them. Most businesses say their customers come first - at ChromaLabel, our employees come first.

It's backwards from some other businesses. But we firmly believe that if our neighbors are giving us 1/3 of their day away from their family, we need to honor that with the best possible work environment we can provide, so they can be successful helping you!

With that in mind, as owners, we are fiercely protective of our work environment & culture.

We strive every day to make it safe, welcoming, and appropriate for all our employees.

(And this extends to our employees' children who visit - and are always welcome)

Right to Refuse Service Policy:

Therefore, in order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment for our employees, visitors, and employee families, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to ChromaLabel customers in the following circumstances:

We reserve the right to not produce any products that contain copyrighted or otherwise illegal material, promote violence, contain profanity, obscenities, messages construed as hateful toward any group or organization, or have any final use or imprint injurious to the common decency of our employees, at our discretion.

We will notify the customer as soon as possible, and fully refund any costs already incurred through our normal payment processor.

Service may be denied to any customer who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a customer's behavior threatens the safety or comfort of our employees, visitors, or employee families.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unreasonable demands for service
  • Threatening or erratic behavior
  • Misrepresentation for the need for service
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Personally threatening and offensive language

Any ChromaLabel employee can exercise the right to refuse service when confronted by a customer acting inappropriately or when facing a situation they deem as unsafe.

They will notify their supervisor of the situation immediately.

We do not refuse service to any person by reason of their race, religion, color, sex, disability, national origin or ancestry, or any other protected person or group as defined by Kansas or Federal statutes.

Thank you for your cooperation, your understanding, and for helping to make ChromaLabel a safe, happy, and welcoming place for our employees so they can serve you better!

Does Made in America Matter Anymore?

At ChromaLabel, where we hand-craft every product in the heart of Kansas, it matters. And it's something we live by.

It means you're getting consistent, quality products from a family-owned business that started in a garage, and has grown with one simple vision: to make the lives of our customers easier and more organized.

Since 1976, we've helped thousands bring color-coding exceptionalism to their business. We know too well that "one size fits all" just doesn't cut it in today's world. Our customers demand better. And we deliver better - better quality, better customer service, and small-town ethics that is rare to find today.  That's our promise every day!
