Do I need a password?

No. Log in with your email and the one-time code we send you. Sign up and log in use the same flow.

Does it cost anything?

No, the portal is free for ChromaLabel customers.

Can we pay by PO?

Yes, for approved net-terms accounts. After you sign in, open Account & billing and request net terms.

My coworkers already use it. How do I join?

Sign in with your work email and request to join your company. Your company admin approves the request.
