Canadian Shipping, Customs, and Distributors

Shipping times and rates

Choose carrier-calculated shipping at checkout (DHL), and in-stock orders usually leave our Kansas warehouse within 1 business day. Delivery times to Canada will vary depending on your relative location to Kansas, but are generally less than two weeks and as little as 3 days.

Please note that shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout. The rates include customs fees imposed by our governments.

Other Notes:

  • - Tracking numbers are instantly emailed to you once the orders ships
  • - Orders are only processed on business days i.e. we're not here Saturday or Sunday
  • - Since our items are usually exclusive to ChromaLabel, we do not have distributors in the Dominion.
