When buying book repair tape, what width should I select?
Measure the width of the book spine and add one inch (1/2" overlap minimum for either side of the spine's binding).
Which of your adhesive products are removable?
Products such as these color coding tapes, Action™ Dry Erase Labels or these imprinted messaging tapes are always removable (they won't leave residue when removed from nonporous surfaces). Adhesive products like book binding repair tapes and alphabet labels are repositionable within the first 24 hours of application before becoming permanent. These are only examples of a few products, though. Please refer to the product description page to ascertain removability versus permanency.
Are all color options the same?
All round, square and star labels match as well as our color coding tapes match (except book binding tape). For example, Standard Red is going to be exactly the same for tape, square labels and dot labels. However, other products' colors may belong to a different color family. Please view the color key on each products' page.
How accurate are the color options I see on my computer screen?
They're not very accurate, because all monitors display color differently. We're glad to send you a free color swatch in the mail. Please click here to fill out the online form for a free swatch (it only takes about 30 seconds).
Can I return my order?
