What is TAA Compliance?
The Trade Agreements Act (TAA) requires that products purchased by the federal government be manufactured or substantially transformed in the United States or a designated country. TAA compliance is mandatory for purchases made through GSA Schedule contracts.
The Buy American Act (BAA) further requires federal agencies to give preference to domestically manufactured products. ChromaLabel products satisfy both TAA and BAA requirements.
