How the count system works

One color per step. No training needed.

This isn't a special "counted" sticker line (we don't make one). It's our everyday color-code dots, used the way a lot of warehouse teams already run a count: pick a color for each stage, make the stage obvious from across the aisle, and never second-guess a shelf during a recount.

Green = Counted

First pass is done and logged. A glance tells the next person not to recount it.

Yellow = Needs Recount

Quantity looked off, or two counters disagreed. Flag it, move on, come back with a lead.

Light Blue = Verified

A supervisor double-checked it. This is the stage that closes out a zone.

Red = Hold / Discrepancy

Pair with our "Hold / Released" and "Quarantined" labels and tape for anything that needs a decision before it's closed out.

Do you sell pre-printed "Counted" or "Verified" stickers?

Not as a specific pre-printed product today. The count system above uses our standard color-code dots, where your team assigns the meaning to each color. We do carry pre-printed "Hold / Released," "QC Passed," "Inspected (By/Date)," "Quarantined," "Do Not Use," and "Hold For Inspection" labels and tape for status marking.

How fast can this ship?

Economy ($6 flat, free over $150) ships within 72 hours. Express Guaranteed ($11 flat), FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Priority Overnight are available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm ET, per our standard shipping policy.
